Bend Tool

I've decided to test out the bend tool to get a feel for it. Generally I found the tool kind of confusing, I think it didn't help using a cube, as I could only really get a feel for the angle section. Next I tried extruding a few extra segments when I managed to begin warping the shape into a twist so I decided I would try the tool with a cylinder.

With a cylinder I managed to get a much better feel for the uses of the tool. Although by changing the bend axis the object had some surprising effects especially in the bottom image which produced quite a strange design but I think with some more practise this tool could be used for making more rounded models especially if used along side the smoothing tools.
